I'm the owner of West Austin Strength and Conditioning and founder of The Rooted Man, with over 20 years of experience helping men reclaim their health. vitality, strengthen their relationships, and live with purpose. My journey—from high-performance athlete and Wall Street professional to holistic health coach—taught me that true fulfillment doesn’t come from external success, but from aligning mind, body, and spirit. Through proven tools, personal insight, and certifications from top Holistic Health institutions like the CHEK Institute and Impact Coaching Academy, I guide men to break free from limiting beliefs and step fully into their strength, confidence, and mission.   • For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to a faint but persistent calling from within—a call urging me to seek a life of purpose, growth, and fulfillment.  

    After turning away from my childhood dream of playing professional football, despite reaching the Division 1 level, I chased what seemed like the “perfect” career. That path led me to Wall Street, where I spent four years immersed in the fast-paced world of finance and external success. But something was missing. The achievements felt hollow, and I realized the life I was living didn’t align with who I truly was.  

    In that moment of reflection, I began to explore the deeper aspects of life—studying various religions, practicing meditation, traveling, and learning to live from a place of intuition. Through this journey, I discovered a profound truth: this calling wasn’t just mine—it’s a universal invitation for all of us to step into our greatness and live with health, happiness, and fulfillment.  

    Today, this wisdom is the foundation of my mission: helping men reconnect with their true selves, unlock their greatest potential, and lead with purpose. As a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Teacher (200-hour certified), and NASM Personal Trainer, I’ve built The Rooted Man program as an expression of my belief that we are here to unveil the best version of ourselves and share our unique gifts with the world.  

    The journey to discovering this truth is not easy—it’s one of life’s greatest challenges. It requires honest reflection, courageous action, and a willingness to confront limiting beliefs that hold us back.
